Ideology
Summary: A set of ideas, beliefs and principles. A system of values.
With balance, a formula can be built.
With bias, you have Narcissism.
When measured by the sum of its parts, a family or work culture can be built incorrectly, allowing dysfunction to survive for generations through the assumptions of what is acceptable.
Or, we can continue to change through accountability, put energy into growth, and not allow the least genuine part to be the driving force. It is impossible to think someone isn’t suffering from something; their crime allows something to thrive rather than be addressed.
Politics, or the need for control and power with many assumptions, may lack a good ideology as it refuses to include all elements. What does a bias look like?
Take a history lesson: anyone claiming the wonder pill is spinning a yarn. Anyone lacking empathy will be making very strange choices.
Anyone trying to promote a strange venture in numbers? The herd mentality happens through influence not education.
