Summary: One may abuse with outbursts and defence mechanisms overtly or covertly, and the other plays the abuse game over a longer period of time; both types can share the traits which, at the core, lack empathy for others and accountability for their actions via a lack of self-awareness.

Both have certain tastes or approaches when it comes to telling jokes or when they are joking. The traits are formed to the core and appear in many comments and statements if one is to pay attention to the wants and needs of a disorder or unhealthy trait at play. What was seen or given in their childhood will be the future baggage you may have to process once the joke is over or back on them when they try and explain how they came to find such a biased view; also seen in children for balance has formed and shaped for longevity.
