Control

Summary: “Control what you can with balance; leave the rest and do something better”

In marriage, the key to success is known to be this: Control the self and the situation with a new education so the situation doesn’t grow and affect everything around it… instead of trying to control each other. It makes sense. Not according to everyone.

The three main mindsets play a part in control: Fixed, flexible, and fluid.

Two are classed as unhealthy, one instantly, the second over time.

When it comes to personality disorders that feed off control and expect a facade to work according to their perception, childhood experiences and deeply hidden insecurity, control is a dangerous element.

Being in charge of your future and guiding your family, career, and daily life requires balance and consideration. What Coercion looks like is tricky if it is masked or used behind closed doors. The controller knows it should be hidden and 9/10 they are hiding many other issues and have gained skills to hide it all instead of fixing it.
