Bad parenting can be linked to No love, no education, no accountability, no truth, no authenticity, and not being genuine.
In the days of hunter-gatherers, leaving a baby to survive in a cave on its own would be a bad idea for a number of reasons. The isolation affects learning development. The same goes for modern life if a parent has a cognitive bias towards themselves.
Only stimulating their existence and, in some cases extending the childhood they never received will affect accountability. Following the same example without consideration for cause and effect may mean the emotional intelligence is affected.
Habit loops are made from experiences and assumptions; when it comes to parenting, survival mode or make-shift systems might not be enough for modern life.
Add yes when required and no when required; mixing them up can be a step backwards…
