Those with ADHD or ADD should research and be educated on those with NPD, as their self-centred disruptive lack of empathy influence should be kept at a distance. That goes for everyone. Some behaviours may appear similar but arenβt, do the research, and pay attention. Empathy and consideration without a cognitive basis and agenda are the main differences. Plus, childhood experiences without accountability or a harsh structure which will be projected later in life.
